I didn't set out to be a financial coach. I set out to find one.
For a long time, I thought "coaching" was just for sports. But as life got busier and the world got more expensive, I realized I needed more than just a video or a book. I needed a real person to share ideas with. Someone to get input from, and honestly, someone to just walk beside me while I figured out how to get my own family out of debt.
The problem? When I went looking for a local coach, I found zero.
That search changed everything. I reached out to the Dave Ramsey Solutions team for advice and realized that if I couldn’t find the coach I needed, I could become that coach for my family and for others. I did the work, got the training, and now my journey has become my mission: helping families, young adults, and teens find the same freedom from debt, and peace, that I am finding.
Denali Financial Coach is committed to empowering teens, young adults and families through financial education and support. We inspire positive changes and financial well-being.
Why I do this differently
Financial coaching can feel cold and scary—like you’re being sent to the principal’s office to show your report card. That is not how we do things here at the Denali Financial Coach.

A Mediator: Money is often the biggest stressor in a marriage. I help facilitate those tough conversations so you and your spouse can finally get on the same page, but more importantly YOUR PERSONALIZED page, not mine.

Accountability with Grace: I’ll be the first person to celebrate when you pay off a credit card, and the first person to say, "It’s okay, let's try again," when you hit a bump in the road.

My Heart for the Next Generation
I have a special place in my heart for teens and young adults. I see so many kids grow up seeing their parents’ lifestyle but not fully understanding the work it took to get there. They step out into the world and fall into the debt trap because no one showed them how to avoid it.
I want to be the guide I wish I had when I was hoarding college debt.
